error cloning windows 10 pro into external ssd scandisk - fhhl - 04-25-2021

Please I'm trying to clone note internal hd windows 10 pro into ssd external disk scandisk 500gb and give me this error:

Falha na tentativa de executar API do sistema (0x0000001500DB0000)

Huh Please, helpme how to fix that problem!!

Please send us the user.log file located in the bin folder under the installation directory of WinToUSB (via e-mail at: [email protected]), and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

It seems that there has file system error on the Windows partition (Usually CSmile, so please run chkdsk to scan the  Windows partition and see if it have file system errors. If Yes, run the command 'chkdsk C: /F /X' fix it and try again.
