This is an SSD, it just looks like a thumb drive, it presents smart data and everything. I have also tested this drive (it boots without issue): http://poweredbymushkin.com/index.php/component/djcatalog2/item?id=752:ventura-ultra-240gb-flash-drive&cid=33:ventura-ultra
The only difference really between these drives is one presents itself as removable and the other does not. Is this what causes the trouble with wintousb?
Yes, I have the same usb drive, and i have the same issue. It doesn't work. And i have the same issue with windows 8 / 8.1
