Thanks for the quick response.  I don't know how this can be done as I used the program on a bootable usb flash drive on my Acer Switch 11 tablet that will not boot to Windows. It only boots to bootable media.  The program itself is installed on another Acer Switch 11 that works fine.  I used it to make the bootable flash drive with EasyUEFI on it to try to fix my non-bootable Acer tablet.

Please follow the steps below to copy the user.log file under WinPE to you local disk, then send it to us.

1. Waiting for the error message appears
2. Open a command prompt ("Tools" > "Windows command prompt")
3. copy X:\Program Files\WinToUSB\bin\user.log to one of you usb drive
4. Reboot the computer, then send the user.log file to us
