I am unfortunately unable to perform a system backup with Hasleo BackupSuite.
The target location is a Synology DiskStation DS423+.
I have set up the target path as a network drive on the PC to be backed up (user Admin has read and write access to this folder).
After selecting the target location, I immediately receive the error message: "Failed to run system API 0x003C0015000008CA".

To rule out an issue with my DiskStation, I tried the same process with an older DiskStation and received the same error message.

What could be the cause?
I would greatly appreciate any tips.

The log file shows that the program could not successfully obtain the network connection information of the Y: and Z: drives, are you sure that the two drivers have been successfully connected?

I found the cause. When I add the target path on the PC as a network address instead as a network drive, the error message no longer appears.
