Full Version: Backup failed with Access denied message

Hello, 

I have setup a scheduled backup and it started but didn't complete with the message:

Access is denied. The operation failed with 0x02090009C0000022.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Please try adding Hasleo Backup Suite (BackupMainUI.exe, BackupService.exe, BackupWorker.exe, BackupSystemTray.exe and ImageMountService.exe) to the list of allowed applications (may be called Trusted Applications/Whitelisted applications) of your anti-virus software to see if the problem still persists? Thanks.
