I use EasyUEFI in above like with Jun 9th 2017 build,but I can only create new entries with edited name,
but NEVER can click the Browse File to change file path , neither to click Edit the addtional Options

I'm sorry, it's normal. Microsoft always stores the bootmgfw.efi file in this path, it's a fixed path, so we don't allow users to modify the path anymore. If you want to boot from a file stored in other location, you should create a new Linux or other OS boot entry.
