I am running Windows 10 64-bit on my host machine. I plug in my Samsung SSD disk created by Microsoft's Windows-to-Go application. I have Virtual Box 5.1.2r108956 installed. I start my licensed copy of Windows-to-Go Upgrader. It detects my SSD drive (which does not have Bitlocker). I get a message that says, " The selected device cannot be upgraded" along with an "Operation Failed" message (see attached).
What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, VirtualBox V5.1 has made some changes and "Windows To Go Upgrader" do not currently support it. So please reinstall VirtualBox V5.0 and try again.
