You're right, from user feedback, Windows 7 To Go compatibility is not very good, but we can't reproduce the problem in our test environment.
The "Windows To Go conversion" feature may be able to solve this problem, please try it: http://www.easyuefi.com/wintousb/faq/en_...To-Go.html
