#1
I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 Pro to a USB hard disk and I get the following error message when selecting the disk in WinToUSB:

Sector size not supported. (0x057800C103900000)

Here is my user.log: http://pastebin.com/03FP7X4Z

WinToUSB only supports USB disk devices with a sector size of 512 bytes, but your USB hard disk has a sector size of 4096 bytes, please try another USB drive.

I have the same problem. I have a 3TB USB HDD. My USB HDD's minimum sector size for NTFS is 4096 bytes. I can't reduce from 4096 bytes to 512 bytes. Could you add 4096 bytes support for WinToUSB software, please. This issue is an important issue.

I'm getting an error message, "Sector size not supported. (0x000000C106560000). Is this a 4096 size sector or some other size? Has the software been modified to work with 4096 sectors?

Yes, it is a 4K size sector USB drive and WinToUSB doesn't yet support it, so please try another USB drive.
