I certainly don't want to mess up my great installation of HBS
but I'm unavailable to do an install of an updated dokany
to work with  cppcryptfs since the installation identifies
the driver as already installed.

I would appreciate it.

The post also mentions that this cannot be done with the free version as it is funded by purchases of other paid versions , which I fully understand as I am a capitalist !   
Can anyone tell me if cloning from a 512GB NVME System  Disk to a 1TB NVME in a USB attached enclosure is possible with the paid version ? 

Groogle's AI assistant says it is butttttttt it seems to conflict with  what the Admin said in the post I referenced above ! The only possible caveat being it is possible using the paid version ! If it matters I am doing this with a PC that is using WIN 11 Home and it is configured with 32GB Ram !

As you know, I have two computers.  I only use one (my desktop) for my testing, so I always manually ensure that I am using the latest version of HBS, whether production or beta.

I was surprised today that on my laptop I received no notice that, or an upgrade button, to download and install the latest version: 5.6.2.1.  My laptop had version 5.6.2.0 installed when I did my weekly imaging of it this week, and three weeks ago.

ETBH (paid) notifies me when a new version is available, as does Macrium 8 (paid) when I launch both programs.

I think that, at the very least, the HSBP product should offer the same capability.  Users should not have to manually check for updates before starting imaging.  That could be extended to the Free version (HBS), but I think it most certainly should be a feature of the paid Pro version (HBSP).

Just a suggestion.  Have a great day.

When I did that, I expected it to run 3 more incremental backups (for a total of 7) and then a full backup. Instead, it ran 7 more incremental backups (for a total of 11).  Since it knows that 4 have already been run, I think the expected behavior would be that it only runs the additional 3 incrementals, for a total of 7.

I have done a system backup of c: drive which contains everything except my media files which are on E:

Most of my documents are in Dropbox and are saved directly in a Dropbox folder C:\Users\admin1\Dropbox\Documents

But when I look at the backup image using Restore>Browse Image to Restore>File Mode

I can see Users>admin1 but do not see the Dropbox folder, I think everything else is there in the backup, normal document folder for example but the Dropbox folders are not.

Obviously they are backed up to the cloud with Dropbox anyway, but why can't I see the local copy? Thanks]]>
