Hasleo Software Forums - Cant take backup, Unknown error 0x006D015080042302

I currently use Acronis 2018 on a windows 10 system and i want to try/switch to Hasleo.
I already use it on 2 other pc (1 with windows 11 and one with windows 10) but on the 3rd one it cant take any backup (disk, partition, files)

It always ends:
Unknown error : 0x006D015080042302

I already checked VSS and the registry key is just like the other machines.

Windows returned the 0x80042302 (VSS_E_UNEXPECTED) error when creating volume snapshots using Volume Shadow Copy (VSS), which is usually caused by the VSS service not starting properly, and we recommend that you try the solutions in the link below:
