Why are there some leftover files and registry entries after uninstalling Hasleo Backup Suite? Is there a way to do a full uninstall so that there are no leftovers?

I'm very sorry that you need to do it manually to uninstall it completely.
1. Uninstall the program from the Control Panel or?Settings page.
2. Remove the installation directory of the software, usually C:\Program Files\Hasleo\Hasleo Backup Suite, and the files left in this directory are log files and task files.
3. Remove the following registry keys, which mainly store software settings.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hasleo\Backup Suite
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.dbi
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hasleo Backup Suite Image File
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Hasleo Software\Backup Suite
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.dbi and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hasleo Backup Suite Image File are automatically removed during uninstall. The only remaining registry entries are HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Hasleo Software\Backup Suite and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hasleo\Backup Suite.
A couple of good free uninstallers are Revo and Geek.

Try those.
Yes, third-party uninstalling software may be helpful in this case.
