The purposes of this Forum and its sub-forums, are to discuss only Hasleo Software products, ask questions about Hasleo Software products; or, respectfully discuss Forum issues in that sub-forum. This Forum welcomes constructive comments, suggestions, respectful and civil criticisms, and the polite reporting of possible issues relating to Hasleo Software products. The Guiding Principle of the Forum Rules is to ensure that the Hasleo Forum is a safe, respectful, and welcoming place for people of all ages, religions, nationalities, genders, etc. The Forum Rules may be modified at any time to respond to member actions that compromise the Forum Guiding Principle. This Forum does not provide assistance with computer hardware, the Windows operating system, or non-Hasleo Software products. By registering on this Forum, you agree to abide by the following rules: 1. Topics about politics, religion, race, creed, etc., are prohibited. 2. Spam posts advertising other sites and all other forms of advertising, including hyperlinks in a member profile or signature, are absolutely prohibited. The post(s) will be deleted, and the member will be permanently banned without warning. This rule does not prohibit the mention of other software programs that are relevant to a courteous discussion of what other competitors’ products might do that Hasleo Software programs do not, or vice versa. 3. The posting of copyrighted information is prohibited. Posts relating to the acquisition, means, and use of pirated software are also prohibited. 4. All posts must be polite and courteous. The use of profanity, personal attacks, flaming, inflammatory comments, racial, ethnic, gender, and other slurs are prohibited. 5. This is a multi-national English Forum. Non-English speaking members are requested to use translation software. 6. Members may only rate a post as a +1 or 0. Only Moderators and the Forum Administrator may rate a post as a -1. A written warning will be sent by the Staff Member who issued a negative rating, explaining the reason for that action. 7. All posts that contain AI information must be clearly identified as such. 8. Irrelevant posts will be deleted, as will posts by members that repeatedly ask the same question and do not accept the advice given, but continue with multiple “ what if” scenarios. Those members will be warned, and may ultimately be banned at the discretion of a Moderator or the Forum Administrator, if they persist. 9. Any links inserted into posts must be credible and relevant to the topic of discussion in a topic; otherwise, such links will be removed by a Moderator or the Forum Administrator, and the poster will be warned. The inclusion of spam links will result in the deletion of the post, and the permanent banning of the member without warning. 10. No executable files may be attached to posts, linked to in posts, or included in a .zip or similar compressed format attachment. 11. Posts may be deleted for any reason(s) a Moderator or the Forum Administrator deem appropriate to safeguard the integrity of this Forum, and to prevent violation of the Forum Rules. 12. Forum names, signatures, and avatars must be respectful; for example: member account user names such as “WomanHater”, “ViagraSales”, etc., will draw the attention of the Moderators. When a new member posts for the first time, whose name is not respectful, Moderator approval for the post will be denied, pending the user modifying his/her user name to conform to the Forum Guiding Principle. No vulgar or violent images, pornography, or profanity are permitted anywhere on this Forum. 13. Members may have only one account ever on this Forum. Banned users who open a new member account will be banned upon discovery. Any impersonation of another member of this Forum is prohibited. 14. By posting, you agree that the Moderators and the Forum Administrator have the right to modify, delete, edit, or lock any topic when they deem it appropriate. 15. All posts and edits by Newbie members, and edits by Junior members, will be sent to the Moderator Approval queue. Those posts or edits will only appear after Moderator approval has been granted. This rule exists to protect the professional image of the Forum, ensure conformity with Forum Rules, and to prevent spam. 16. All dormant member accounts will be automatically purged after two years of non- activity. To preserve their Forum member status, members must log in at least once every two years. 17. Membership in this Forum is a privilege, not a right. Posts that violate these rules will be removed. The offenders will be warned, suspended, or permanently banned, at the discretion of a Moderator or the Forum Administrator. Moderator actions may be appealed by a member to the Forum Administrator.
