Recovery Disk boots but won't respond to USB keyboard input? Does Recovery Disk support USB3/4? If so, then how? (MiniPC. USB4 and USBC ports only. No legacy USB in BIOS.)

Technically speaking, whether USB 3/4 is supported depends on the version of WinPE. It can be confirmed that all WinPE versions released after Windows 8 support USB 3. As for USB 4, Microsoft has not explicitly indicated when it started to be supported by WinPE or whether it is already supported.
Does your computer lack USB 3 support? First, try checking if USB 3 can function properly. Also, please ensure you have installed the latest Windows updates, as a bug in Windows two to three months ago once caused WinPE to fail to recognize USB drives.
