Just curious: C:\Windows\System32\config\regsave\HasleoBS - Petey - 02-14-2026 Being nosy: when creating an OS backup, HBS creates the folder mentioned above, and keeps it even when the backup is finished. What is this folder needed for? Thanks. (Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.) What is this folder needed for? Thank you for reporting the issue. Yes, it should have been deleted after the backup was completed, and we will fix it as soon as possible. RE: Just curious: C:\Windows\System32\config\regsave\HasleoBS - CDC9762 - 02-14-2026 Have a regsave folder but no hasleobs folder on both my W11 Pro PCs. No hasleobs file or folder. RE: Just curious: C:\Windows\System32\config\regsave\HasleoBS - garioch7 - 02-14-2026 I also lack the folder mentioned by the O.P., like @CDC9762. My last HBSP imaging two weeks ago was with the current release version of HBSP ... ? Have a great day. Regards, Phil RE: Just curious: C:\Windows\System32\config\regsave\HasleoBS - admin - 02-14-2026 Yes, that is indeed rather strange. It doesn't exist on my computer either. Further investigation is needed. |
