Any update on this? I spend a whole afternoon figuring out that it's not supported.

Additionally I need needed my linux laptop to restore my usb stick which was seen as 0Byte in Windows after the failed setup because it created a broken boot sector on it.

I think it's also not possible to update on the usb from 1809 to 1903. So currently there is no way to use WinToGo with Windows 1903.

WinToUSB has supported Windows 10 1903 since V4.9.

I end up with this error message with Win10_1903_V1_EnglishInternational_x64.iso. With 1809 it works.
WintoUsb is 5.0.
