According to the log file, this issue was indeed not caused by Hasleo Backup Suite. WinPE started launching Hasleo Backup Suite at 23:28:18, and Hasleo Backup Suite had already completed loading around 23:28:25.
Yes. When the program starts, it loads quickly and works correctly. WinPE takes a very long time to load.
Anyway, thanks for the help. I'll try experimenting and see if I can find a solution.
