I am a refugee from the subscription model of Macrium X.  Today, I purchased a Family Pack licence of Pro.  I am happy to hear that I can transfer my license to a new computer, when I replace an old one, but it seems a bit awkward to have to request a license transfer.  Many companies include a subscription portal where you can personally deactivate the license for the old computer, and reactivate for the new computer.  That reduces the work on the Support Staff.  I usually only do that when my old computer dies (I have two), and I have to replace it.

Just my newbie two cents for what it is worth.

I am happy to be aboard.

Regards,
Phil

Hahaha @ refugee from Macrium's subscription model.  Right now the Hasleo team is very small.  They don't have the resources to implement everything they wan to do right away.  Going paid will, I'm sure, help that.  I'm sure the portal is in their long term plans though.
