Macrium was like this back in the beginning. I was one of their little helpers some 10 years ago when they were relatively new. It's no longer like that. And for me, that matters as well. In fact, as I posted the other day, that's basically the reason I've moved on from Macrium. Hasleo is a breath of fresh air.
We have always been like this and have never changed. Of course, we mostly only respond to and handle technical issues. For example, when it comes to topics like people criticizing Macrium, we generally do not get involved because we need to spend more time improving the product.
