Here is the first proposed draft of the Hasleo Forum Rules in .pdf format. I would welcome any and all suggestions and criticisms.
I would also like it if you could update my upload limit, which is currently restricted to 1 MB. I will exceed it with future uploads, if it is not a per post limit.
