That's a good question indeed and the answer depends on how the license validation was implemented. Maybe @admin can help here with some insights?
- Does Hasleo keep track of the machine codes remotely? Or does it just count the total activations?
In case of the former, reactivating with the same machine code would probably work without counting up activations. But in case of new hardware this would also need you to keep track of your machine codes to know which ones can be freed up by support.
In case of the latter - this is what I guess is the method right now - I'd advise saving registry keys for HKLM\Software\Hasleo for the currently activated PC. If you ever need to reinstall Windows on the same hardware later you can then reimport licensing information easily and reactivate without contacting Hasleo. On hardware changes your counter would have to be reset by Hasleo support though (independently from used machine codes).
