As @xeroid mentioned, your data is secure, including registration information and backup image files.

Thank you for your assurances.  I have installed the test version (5.2.2.1.).  The installation went smoothly, and my backups were listed.  I will use it on Friday for my testing.

By the way, I discovered by accident that you can quote from posts here without the intermediate to copy and paste to Notepad step.  I noticed that the "dots" I was seeing when I tried to paste, were not dots, but very, very small type.  Instead of using Ctrl-V to paste, I used Ctrl-Shift-V and it worked perfectly.
