@admin, @al3x,
Thank you both for your posts. I think that testing on various platforms, with multiple users and their preferences, is invaluable to help to develop HBSP to be the best-in-class software.
I note that @al3x has a new topic that I would like to think originated from my testing results and my questions. I am very happy that my testing is leading to further research by the Hasleo team. That shows a dedication to user feedback that I admire.
Speaking personally, my sole intent is to assist HBSP evolve to be the best imaging software program. It is impossible to achieve that without the results of testing by their users on their different platforms with their different requirements of what a full disk image should do, which is the only imaging process I use.
I am not erudite when it comes to the programming intricacies of imaging programs. I only know what I want them to do.
I apologize if any of my previous posts were interpreted as critical. That was NEVER my intent. As an old guy, who does know a thing or two about computers, I probably take undo offence when my testing is questioned. Please pardon me. I AM an HBSP fan, or I would not have been one of its first customers on the day it was released. Blame @Froggie for his glowing recommendations in other Forums that I frequent. Better yet, reward him!
I look forward to being a witness, and a participant, in the continued evolution of HBSP. Thank you for responding.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Phil
