Backup Operation Failed

Hasleo Backup Suite Ver 5.5.2.3 Build Dec 5, 2025 Win 11 Pro 25H2

I was doing a disk backup of a HDD and I get this message:

The backup operation failed, please contact us for support.

There are bad sectors on the drive. (0x07540069000001B1)

The operation was not successful.

 
I did a chkdsk on the disk I was backing up and on the destination disk.
I can't find this error code. 

I have a zip of the log files.

Can someone help me out?

We have analyzed the error code (0x07540069000001B1), Windows returned the error code 0x1B1(A device which does not exist was specified.), which usually means that the disk was unplugged abnormally or went offline automatically.


Is the drive where the backup image files are stored a USB drive? Please replace the USB cable with a new one or connect the USB device to an external power supply to see if the problem persists.
