Error starting from boot menu

The PC was running in normal Win mode, and I chose 'Shutdown / Restart'. When the boot menu showed up, I chose to boot into Hasleo WinPE. Then, immediately after pressing Enter, the error message occured.

B.t.w., should the boot menu entry be deleted and created new with every update of the backup software (same to rescue media)?
