You can try mounting the partition as writable with this option:

This will give you the option to change NTFS permissions and regain access to those folders.

Also: There's an old tool that can help you with the permissions reset if adding your current user doesn't work because of permissions itself:

And finally there's an old trick I often use, maybe try this one first:

You can start 7-Zip or Notepad with administrator rights and navigate to your folder.
If NTFS permissions allow administrators to access the folder (which often is the case) you should be able to enter.  Big Grin
