My personal view is that might be considered too cautious. Yes, the best practice is always recreate USB Recovery Disks, but that is an extra step, which often is not necessary, unless there has been an enhancement or modification to the HBS infrastructure that will result in old USB Recovery Disks lacking full functionality to backup, restore, etc., new and old images.
Including such a prompt after each and every version upgrade may lead some users to conclude that HBS is onerous to use, constantly requiring the rebuilding of the Emergency Recovery media after each version update, which at present seem to occur roughly monthly. Another imaging product I use only includes the notice in the new Version Update notes that USB Emergency Disks should be rebuilt when such an infrastructure change occurs, which over the years I have been using that product before discovering HBSP, has usually only occurred about every year or so, more or less. In the interim, that product might have introduced a half-dozen or more version updates without that notice.
I am but one user, so I invite others to provide their feedback. Feel free to disagree with me: this is only my personal opinion. It does not reflect the views of Hasleo, but Hasleo is constantly seeking feedback to best respond to customer preferences and needs, so I am throwing in my two cents, which is probably worse less!

FWIIW, I would appreciate a reminder for when making a new/updated Rescue Disk is essential compared with just desireable. I generally make a new Rescue Disk with each upgrade of HBS anyway (and I mostly make a new full, manual, image daily which is so easy since HBS is so quick). But a prompt of when making a new Rescue Disk is essential to ensure, say, backwards compatibility with an older image would be useful in my view.
