Hasleo Backup hangs system

I'm setting low priority, medium compression ratio.
The progress indicator also freezes by 7%.
When you click on Start, Explorer freezes and task manager stops updating its data.
After a while, the countdown of the elapsed time comes to life. (The Task manager is not responding).
The program consumes about 30% of the CPU. About 13 minutes later, the task manager came to life.

After 20 minutes, the backup was completed and the system returned to working condition.

I think the problem is with windows, because on the other 8 computers on the network, the program does not interfere with the system.

Why does it always happen at 7%? Please click "" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected], we'll try to see if we can find some clues.

Please try disabling the backup filter to see if it improves?
