I followed your suggestions step by step. Additionally, I had to delete the Windows Preinstallation Environment folder under the WADK folder to get Hasleo to download the files from Microsoft.com again.
The rescue ISO I created on Laptop 2 successfully booted on this laptop, which has Hasleo 4.9.5 installed.
I then created a rescue ISO using the same steps on Laptop 1, which has Hasleo 5.2.2.3 installed. This didn't boot on Laptop 2.
I then installed Hasleo 5.2.2.3 on Laptop 2 and created a rescue ISO with the newly downloaded files from Microsoft.com. This one also didn't boot on Laptop 2.
Conclusion:
All created ISOs booted without problems on Laptop 1.
Only the ISO created with version 4.9.5 booted on Laptop 2.
Laptop 1 has Windows 11 Pro 24H2 installed (Build 26100.4061).
Laptop 2 has Windows 11 Pro 23H2 installed (Build 22631.5335).
