I had a similar problem today, I got v5.4.2.0 as a download on all my machines. Could be a caching problem on the server or some sort of browser cache, couldn’t figure it out exactly. Fun fact: The updater in HBS downloaded the correct version.
To force a new download without caching problems, just manipulate the URL slightly and it will download without problems -> Download
We believe that this should be caused by the browser's cache, the software's built-in update mechanism does not go through the browser and is able to download the correct version through the browser after simply changing the download link (which should bypass the browser's cache).
