You’ll need to make sure the correct storage drivers for your system are loaded in WinPE. Without them, internal drives won’t appear. Check your motherboard or system manufacturer’s site for the SATA/NVMe drivers, then load them in WinPE using drvload or by adding them to your WinPE build.
