Can't update v5.4.2.2 with Smart Application Control on

Well hell, just tried to update Hasleo on my win 10 and all of a sudden Windows Smart Screen is turned back on.
Haven't found a way to bypass this. The Registry says it is OFF.
However the internal updater work just fine. I have several others that can;t install.
