Will you make changes to the program code? Or will I need to do something?

Just a few thoughts which may help to diagnose the problem with this PC.

Is there any software that is installed on this particular PC which isn't installed on the other 8 PCs on the network?

Are you using a 3rd party Antivirus such as Norton, McAfee etc or are you using the default windows AV?

Is the hardware basically the same as the other PCs on the network or are they all different?

If there is another PC that has the same hardware, would it be possible to restore an image from that PC onto the troublesome PC and then run a backup to see if that runs correctly? (Make sure you've backed up this troublesome PC before you attempt this !! )

Can't really think of anything else you could try. Good luck !!

Please try the version below:

Also please consider pt58's suggestion.

The miracle did not happen. At the same 7%, explorer starts to freeze.

After about 20 minutes, when the backup finishes working, the system comes back to life.

The software on all computers is approximately the same. Kaspersky is installed as an antivirus.

Most computers have Win 10 x64 Pro installed, and 3 have Win10 x64 Home (including this one).

It seems to me that one of the versions of the program worked on this computer earlier. But then something happened. I tried version 5.0.2. The same effect. I'll see what can be removed from startup.

The progress indicator also freezes by 7%.
When you click on Start, Explorer freezes and task manager stops updating its data.
After a while, the countdown of the elapsed time comes to life. (The Task manager is not responding).
The program consumes about 30% of the CPU. About 13 minutes later, the task manager came to life.

After 20 minutes, the backup was completed and the system returned to working condition.

I think the problem is with windows, because on the other 8 computers on the network, the program does not interfere with the system.

Why does it always happen at 7%? Please click "[Image: memu_normal.png]" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected], we'll try to see if we can find some clues.

Please try disabling the backup filter to see if it improves?
