Running windows 8.1

Trying to install windows 8.1 ISO to USB SATA (ISO works, I have installed it to computers with no issues)

SATA HDD Has a 300mb fat32 system partition(tried with and without the EFI system partition flag), 203gb windows partition, and 30gb recovery

I get error: copy file failed (0x0000008000B40000)

Can you please try temporarily disabling any antivirus software and/or adding WinToUSB to the list of allowed applications (may be called Trusted Applications/Whitelisted applications) and then try again to see if this resolves the issue.

If your host Windows OS (The OS run WinToUSB) is Windows 8 or later OS, please disable Windows Defender and try again. Please do not access any file on this device when creating W2G drive.
