Error "Failed to create snapshot" when backing up the system on Windows 11 (v5.2.2.2)

Hi everyone,
I'm using Hasleo Backup Suite version 5.2.2.2 on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. When I try to perform a System Backup, the process always stops with the following error message:
Code:
Failed to create snapshot. 
Error code: 0x00000020
I've tried running the program as Administrator, disabling Windows Defender and other antivirus software, but the error persists. My system drive uses GPT format; I've already checked it with chkdsk — no errors found.
Has anyone encountered this error before or knows how to fix it? I need to back up the entire system before upgrading my hardware.

To further analyze the issues, please click "[Image: memu_normal.png]" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected]. Thanks.
