This program is not responding

I don't know if we understood each other well, I don't open the program at all, Hasleo Backup Suite didn't even run as apps in Task Manager, see the attached picture, but when I want to sign out on the computer at any moment the mentioned problem appears, so no splash screen, I didn't set schedule of any type. When I sent the dump file, I started the program only to show BackupMainUI.exe in the Task Manager. Maybe such behavior is only locally to me, never mind, it's not that important anymore because I'm using a version 2.8.2 that works fine.
