Portable Version, i get a error message

I copied the folder to another PC and then ran the app loader under WINPE. But I get an error message.

Please launch the application through the BackupMainUI.exe in Windows, do not load the launcher through the AppLoader.exe, it is used to launch the application in WinPE.
