I want to note again, that there was never a issue accessing the disk or partition at anytime or with any program. It's unchanged in the system for years. Because my most personal data is on it, I would have noticed if at any point there was a problem with it. It also got a backup daily for years (Macrium, Veeam).
Are you sure the dynamic volume is still accessible? We analyzed the log file again and your dynamic volume appears to be on disk 3, specifically the third partition of disk 3, but Hasleo Backup Suite gets 0x15 (The device is not ready. ) error when trying to access the volume, the volume does not seem to be accessible.
