To further analyze the issues, please click "" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected]. And please provide some screenshots if possible.
Thank You, I did send it to you at the email address given just a few minutes ago. I did click to save log file and it is a .zip file that I have sent to that email address as well as a screenshot of that error message and one of the backups I have created to date.-
