First, I'm a fairly new user so this may not be 100% correct.
My understanding is (Free Version) that if you make a System backup for a bootable Windows restoration, it will in one job restore all those partitions without touching anything else. This probably assumes it is being put back on the same disk structure that it came from which is likely true for a backup.
This means the SYSTEM button is activated on the Restore page.
I have no idea if selecting Advanced while in System Mode restore allows partition resizing, etc.
If you switch over to Partition mode, then it is one partition at a time. If this is only a restriction in the Free version, then fine, after all it is free. If this is a restriction on the Paid version then it should be placed on the Wish List thread.
If your image is made in Partition mode then the only option is to replace multiple partitions one after the other.
