Welcome to leave your product review on Trustpilot

@admin,

You might also be interested in this explanation of how Trustpilot calculates scores:

Quote:"Each reviewed business receives a TrustScore based on the number of reviews, how old they are, and a weighting system that includes seven reviews at 3.5 stars. This approach ensures "that businesses with fewer reviews start with a balanced TrustScore. We explain this next to each score and in detail in a Help Centre article."
https://corporate.trustpilot.com/trust

New businesses start out at 3.5, and have to attract positive reviews to try to move their score up.  Because of this weighted scoring system, businesses will never be able to achieve a perfect score of 5.0.

Personally, I don't like that system, not that it matters to Trustpilot.  Dodgy

Have a great day.

Regards,
Phil

That is kind of sketchy "innit".

Well, we got them from 3.9 to 4 as of today! 4 sounds so much better than 3.x. Kind of like how something priced at $99.99 is still perceived as under a hundred bucks, but it's really, kinda not.  Wink

@Dude Guyman @garioch7

Thank you both for your thoughtful discussion and honest feedback.

@Phil, to be honest, I don't really care much about Trustpilot's specific scoring mechanism. Not because it doesn't matter, but because I need to focus my time and energy on the product itself, fixing issues, improving features, and serving the users who actually use Hasleo. The score is just a reference. What I truly value are genuine opinions from people like you.

@Dude Guyman, thank you for standing up for Hasleo. You made a great point. Every piece of software has room for improvement, but blaming the tool for completely unrelated issues is indeed unfair. We take every piece of real criticism seriously and will continue to make the product better.

For us, the most important thing has never been chasing a high score. It is real users like you who have actually used the software and are willing to speak honestly, whether positive or negative. As long as it is genuine, that is what drives us forward.

Thanks again to both of you. Have a great day.

Best regards,

I submitted my review of the Hasleo Backup Suite and marked several reviews as "Useful." I encourage others to do the same. According to various AIs, the Trustpilot algorithm may prioritize these marked reviews, which could enhance their visibility and influence potential users' decisions.

@khanyash,

Thank you for pointing out that Trustpilot feature.  I had not noticed it before.  I have gone back to Trustpilot and marked all of the positive reviews that had sufficient detail with a "Useful" flag.

While @admin is correct to focus on the products rather than the Trust Score, I think it is incumbent upon us satisfied customers to counter the unwarranted negative reviews that negatively distort the capabilities of Hasleo products.  The usual problem is that happy customers don't frequently post reviews.  Sad

Have a great weekend.

Regards,
Phil
