Emergency Disk - Download Win PE Components?

We should not be discussing Sergei Strelec's WinPE in any way shape or form.  Doing so suggests that Hasleo in some way condones the use of cracked software, which I'm sure is not the case.

When I was preparing the draft of the proposed amended version of the Emergency Disk FAQ post, I saw a way to incorporate the qt.conf file issue and fix in that FAQ post, so you might see it when the draft revision is reviewed, if the other Forum Team members agree that it should be included.
