WinToUSB installed this morning. It was a one-shot deal without reading the directions. At any rate the USB3 flash drive booted fine. Later MS upgraded core components, when I entered my Win10 Serial Number. Not sure if this the 'Internet of Things' version. At any rate, the next reboot worked fine. So Far? Better? Know-How? Wonder? Opinions?

Hi,
I have the free version of WinToUSB. I've just purchased a license for the professional version and received my confirmation email w/serial key. Nowhere in the free version can I find where to enter my serial key to upgrade it to the professional version, nor can I find a link either in the confirmation email or on the website to download the professional version. Please can anyone help?

Hi,
I've just bought a WinToUSB professional license and received my serial number, but I can't find where to enter the key in the free version of WinToUSB or, alternatively, to download the professional version. There's no download link either in the confirmation email or anywhere on the website that I can spot. Please can anyone point me in the correct direction?

Hi,
I am trying to install Windows on a 128gb flash drive on a uefi pc that has a tiny 32gb hard drive.
The issue is that I format to GPT using EASEUS, but when I start the WinToUSB program (physical to usb) it converts it to mbr. Why.? The current OS drive is GPT.
Thanks,

For some reason, my Windows 8.1 installation has 2 partitions: 1 is about 14GB, bootable and nearly full, with Windows installed. The 2nd is about 111GB but is "not accessible" when I boot from my USB drive. The smaller one is the C drive, the larger one is the D drive.
When I look at it from another Windows machine, I see those 2 partitions but the larger one is readable. It has a Windows image file on it which is identical to the smaller drive.
So, right now this is useless because although I can run Windows, my disk space is unusable since it's all on the inaccessible drive. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Hi guys
Tried the WinToUSB Free tool which works great for my build of a Windows 8.1 Pro portable USB drive.
Once done I have been able to boot to my PC with everything working great.
So, thinking this really is portable, I boot up another computer for testing to see how the portable drive will work and cope on an alternative system, which is simply being used to test/service the other PC if/when it has errors, needs fixing etc. This is a valid licence of Win 8.1 Pro.
While it boots really good, the activation of Windows is no longer valid, I assume once the activation period is over then it can no longer be used on an different computer for testing/service purposes. Or have I missed something? Or will the Pro version sort this out, I'm happy to buy if it does.
Cheers
