Can't install My $69.00 Purchase Anymore

I'm Having a problem installing the backup program that I paid around 69.00 dollars.. a few days ago my  m.2 crashed and I had to reinstall everything ... thats not your problem, but it's what lleads up to the issue. I tried to reinstall Hasleo Backup today, and it told me I'd passed the allowed number of installs, then asked me to buy another copy.. if nothng else I feel there should have been a clear message somewhere in the sales ad of how many reinstall are allowed before being asked to rePurchase your program. I would appreciate any help (especially being told how many reinstalls that are allowed)
