Definition of Free Lifetime Upgrades

DEAL BREAKER! I upgrade my PC, and reinstall operating systems constantly. It's the "same/single" PC, but the software won't "know" that, so it would just be a matter of weeks/months before it "self destructs". Heck, that is most of the reason I need imaging/backup software in the first place.

No thanks.

We are currently unable to provide this functionality. Therefore, you will need to contact us when necessary to reset your license. We hope you can understand.

That's understandable and I can live with contacting support I guess.

Also with the addition of a family pack there are now more keys to choose from anyway which will give me time until an older key might be reusable.
Maybe this functionality will be added somewhere in the future, after all HBS is still growing quite strong.

Keep up the good work, thanks!

I agree with you. I have two computers and a Lifetime Family pack of 5 licenses. As this product is enhanced, I am confident that there will be a subscription management portal where users can activate and deactivate their licenses.

For me too, this is not an issue. I only have the need for new license when I replace one of my two computers, which is usually at about 8 to 10 years old!

Have a great day.

Regards,
Phil
