Now that HBS is not free, are there any firmer plans for driver-based image security and/or mounting the images using Explorer? I know that before there was no money for these kinds of things. I'm hoping that's changed.

Yes, the image protection feature has always been on our roadmap. This issue is not really about money, but rather about the lack of a driver signing certificate, because Microsoft requires that only companies can purchase such a certificate. For more details, please refer to our previous response:

Unfortunately, it seems that there are currently no suitable drivers available on the market.

Yes, if you purchase drivers from elsewhere, it can be difficult to resolve issues if problems arise.

Yes, we have that in mind as well. In fact, what we lack is just a driver signing certificate.
