Another exception is when you manually adjust the geometry of certain partitions on the disk. We recommend checking this option, as you won't lose anything.

More good advice - thanks. Other than the one time, some time back, that I deleted the recovery partition and absorbed it in to C, I don't ever manually adjust the geometry of partitions when doing my backups. But I do have Smart Backup checked anyway.
