Is there a portable version without service? Version for USB flash drive?

It seems many users never read the user guide. Or is the wording of the 'Emergency Disk' in the software tool page not clear enough?

I think the wording is fine. Perhaps you could add "(WinPE)" for the button, but I don't know if that would really help with the understanding.

Maybe you could implement some tooltips for the buttons in "Tools" that quickly pop up to get an idea what's hidden behind each button.

And maybe the "Home" page could be optimized a bit to help new users and guide them a bit more:
- A "First steps" area where a few important things are written down in individual tiles with direct links.
- Maybe you can then discard each tip with a "Discard" button (or "Discard all" for all at once).
- In settings there could be a button to reset tips and they will show up again.

Ideas for first steps:
- Create your first system backup
- Create an emergency disk / rescue media (WinPE)
- View logs of recent performed actions
- View user guides in the online help
- Get help in the Hasleo user forums

Just some ideas. However this could also quickly appear very cluttered. HBS has a very clean interface compared to most other software, so I don't know...
