...and the last piece of information needed to understand the above... Hasleo's current OPE offering is based on the Windows 11 24H2 code base, specifically the v10.0.26100 OS version.
Microsoft usually releases WinPE updates every few months, but some versions' download links do not seem to be permanent, which is why we do not always use the latest version.
