Ok, I understand the data consistency reason.

Will the hasleo bootmenu-version also be auto-updated when installing a new version?
Or do you need to: remove boot-menu > uninstall hasleo > install new hasleo > activate bootmenu?

Every time I install a new version of Hasleo Backup Suite over-the-top I do need to re-add the boot entry.  The data used is still there, and does not need to be recreated, but the MBR boot entry needs to re re-added.  When you install a new version the old version needs to be uninstalled first.  Part of that uninstallation, logically I think, included removing the boot entry.
